I'm not sure if this is an issue at all, but it confuses me a bit. My understanding is that GPU0 is the primary GPU and GPU1 is the secondary. I use GPU Meter on my desktop for each GPU. I've noticed that when I play a game and have MSI AB OSD displaying GPU temps, it has my GPUs flipped. Meaning the temp showing on the OSD for GPU2 is the same as what is being shown for GPU0 on GPU Meter. (I hope that's not too confusing).

When I run MSI Kombustor, it seems to only want to use GPU2 whenever I run a stress test. (As you can see in the pic, OSD displays GPU1 at 74deg, but Kombustor has it as GPU2 as does GPU Meter on the right). When I disable SLI, then everything shows GPU0 as being GPU1

Everything seems to be working just fine and I'm not having any issues gaming, but I am a bit OCD and would like everything to match up.

Your understanding about the numbering is correct.

MSI Kombustor requires the SLI mode be set to Alternate Frame Rendering 2 in NVIDIA Control Panel or only one GPU is loaded.

As far as the information being reported in reverse is concern, if you are running HWiNFO64, be sure the "Reorder GPUs" box is unchecked. If the box is check (the default setting) my stats are reported backwards as well. Unchecking that box fixed the problem for me.
