    Guys,

I've been experiencing an issue with my M18X that is just bothering the heck out of me and that's dirt or other debris getting trapped under the plastic on the edge to edge screen. Has anyone else had this issue? I just had my LCD replaced and of course the new one has the same issue. Between excess glue and dust under the plastic QC must be really dialing it back. :(

Did you see my post where we think it's the glue on mine?

I did actually see that however this appears to be actual dirt that has made its way inside the LCD assembly, I don't think the LCD clean room where they assembled them is that clean either that or someone was smoking a joint when they were doing the final assembly because I have found green grass, glue, and various types of dirt / contaminants in replacement LCD's both on the M17X R3 and the M18X. It's almost like they only have a few LCDs in the dispatch warehouse and they just play musical chairs with your replacement parts.

Customer 1 Has defective screen with bad pixels, send him a screen with dust in it.
Customer 2 Gets bad pixel screen, sends out screen with bad backlight
Customer 3 Gets screen filled with dirt from customer 1 and the cycles just keeps on going with any amount of imaginable variance.

I honestly feel like any time I get a dispatch for a parts replacement the guys in Houston are trolling me and deliberately selecting the part in the bin that is least likely to work at all or is badly damaged and should just be simply thrown out.

Perhaps instead of a QC label they should just put a troll face sticker on each LCD they send me.. At least then I'd know for sure. lol.
