    1) Make a bootable USB Stick
    2) Copy all the files from the Zip file ( unlocked bios and flashing .exe files ) to the USB stick
    3) If you are on Legacy boot , you can hit F12 and boot off the USB Stick. Execute the PRR2 exe to unlock bios , then flash unlocked bios, restart

3A) if you are on Windows 10 with UEFI Boot , go into BIOS and change the boot to legacy boot , restart and F12 to boot off the the USB Stick , execute the PRR2.exe to unlock bios , then flash unlocked bios. When done, don't forget to go back into bios and change the BIOS back to UEFI Boot so windows can start.

if you do not know how to make a bootable USB drive, you definitely should not be playing around with BIOS flashing or unlocked BIOS settings....
