I sold my Alienware 18 and when I went to restore it to factory settings, I could not find them. I upgraded it to Windows10 recently, is that the issue? Please help me to get this done. I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks.

I am thinking unless you made a Alien Respawn CD or USB stick then you may be SOL. Your only other option is to download Win 7 or whatever the originsl O/S was and reinstall it and get all the drivers you will need from Dell. Its a PITA. I made a restore USB stick and then promptly lost it and Dell dont supply them for these machines.

Windows 10 has an option to "Reset this PC" under the Update and Security section of the settings. This lets you choose to keep your files or remove them (remove them in your situation) and then reinstalls Windows. I used it when I sold my Alienware M18xR1 a couple months ago and worked pretty good.
