No it does not work in mini PCI-E port. Also antenna connectors on Killer 1525 are different too (not that it matters if the slot doesn't fit)

Why do you want to do that? There are a lot of problems with Killer Wireless WiFi Card that Atheros or Intel chips doesn't have.

The same can be said of Intel chips - plenty of issues Killer cards don't have.

Didn't ever saw issue with intel chip. With Killer chip there are tons of threads on this forum.

I upgraded to an Intel AC7260 WLAN card (Revised Edition), best WLAN card I've used so far. The Killer 1202 had issues (mainly crappy Qualcomm Drivers), this thing connects @ 866 MBPS to my WLAN card with no dropped connections and excellent ping rates and is 100% compatible with Alienware, the drivers are even listed under your service tag for this card if you check.

What issues did the 1202 Killer card have? Thing is rock solid for me, no issues whatsoever. Though I do agree the drivers could be better.

The Intel 7260 in my G751JY, on the other hand, is a piece of crap. Much like most Intel cards I've ever had.

Try this out: google "intel wifi issues", see what happens. Heck, add in "7260" and "7265" if you want some entertaining reading about how horrendous Intel wifi cards actually are. Past ones, anyway. It's entirely possible they've actually managed to come out with a good card with this revised version.

But im talking about Intel chips mounted in Alienwares, not asus or other crap. I didn't ever saw a thread that is saying Intel WiFi in my Alienware sucks.

Issues were not with the card, but I experienced a lot of random BSODs (driver related) while downloading torrents or playing online. Tried every driver out there, the Dell ones and the Qualcomm ones with no luck.

Now I know the 7260 has some issues, but when I asked about the recommended WLAN card upgrade on these forums, a good member here showed me that link which as the revised (2nd edition) 7260AC card and it's nothing short of awesome.

Also, my Alienware had the Broadcom BCM4352 WLAN card by default and that card really sucked, disconnects sometimes also with high ping rates.

True, if I didn't install the Bandwidth control I had no issues, but then I didn't feel this is right, that is one of the main features that Qualcomm boasts about which makes the Killer series really Killer, so without it, how is it different than any stock card? heck, it cannot even achieve more than 300 MBPS on the 5 GHz network that's why I chose the Revised Intel AC7260 over it.

You could but it apparently has a performance penalty - no idea why but it's been tested by one of our users and reported in Networking forum.
Also as I mentioned, you'd have to replace antennas since the connectors are different.
