    You could try to reset the BIOS by unplugging the battery.

    I had the same problem. They first changed both gpu but still the same problem so I asked them to change the MB, GPU and MEM. now things seem to be ok. I advice you to stay away from hard OC.

    not doing a hard OC. I managed to flash back to A02, but now still getting intermittent 4 beeps, BSODs, garbled screen. Truly pathetic. Still waiting on box to ship mine out.

    It wont fix it. I tried that with my M18x. The only thing that fix it is changing the MB. My new mb came with A00 I wont update to A03 because for me A00 is more stable than A02 and A03.
    1) A02 update is for GTX support*
    2) A03 for new CPU support *

    lol, dell sent me a box way too small to ship back the m18x to them, will barely fit an M11x in there... Called them and they promised instead to send the "best local repair technician to your house" and promised he wouldn't arrive at 10:00AM drunk like the last guy (who showed up with only one over-sized screwdriver and didn't know how to dissassemble my M17X R3). I told them the least they could do was ship me a couple of 6990M cards for all the trouble I've had with the laptop. We'll see if that happens.

    got my mobo replaced last night, everything up and running again using A00 bios, not going to update anytime soon. Actually, my GFX cards seem to do better with overclocking on this Bios for some reason. Still stuck with my slower 6970ms though....

    Hey Johnnobts;

    I don't think anyone has used the InsydeFlash updater to dump the A00 BIOS before, only Universal BIOS Toolkit (which does not do a complete dump)

    If you are so inclined, can you check out my BIOS mod thread and get/post a BIOS dump? That would be great for comparison/testing/etc. purposes. Thanks in advance :)
