Recently I have just gotten a xbox 360 I am using the HDMI in feature on the laptop, and I have noticed something. The most prevalent issue is that the screen flickers I don't mean like going black and then displaying the image, just a small flicker that is most noticeable when there is something darker on the screen like when a game is loading. The second thing is, and it is not a big deal it is just probably the limitation of the xbox hardware, but the image does not really look crisp, I don't mean games but I mean text, and menus it does not look as crisp as the images displayed on the same screen when not using the HDMI in feature.

Try fiddling around with the video output settings on your Xbox. They're in the advanced section somewhere. Mine were set to output RGB and it worked great.

Does not seem to be a AMD driver issue, I tested it with the intel graphics

Yeah I notice that. RGB setting does help out with improving the colour detail slightly but not sharpness. Unfortunately, you can't change the settings for the HDMI in :/

Ifixed my issue by going trough every single setting on the xbox 360, and found one that works, I don't remember what it was called.
