Hi all. Running 880m sli. So after updating my driver to 347.88, which caused extremely fast temp increases as well as throttling, I ran DDU and rolled back to 347.09. At first control panel would not apply updates so I had to uninstall, run DDU and then install the drivers again. NVIDIA Control Panel now applies updates but it takes forever to load. When I click to open, it takes roughly 2 minutes before it finally is accessible. For the 2 minutes it just shows the 3D settings header with nothing under it. Anyone know why this is and what I could do about it?

next question is does anyone have specific driver they recommend for the 880m sli? Once I get this thing on the right driver and running correctly again I would like to try over locking for the first time.

which leads me to the last question. Any recommendations for a guide to simple over locking for someone who has never attempted it before. Looking for the easiest to follow guide or video for someone who has never attempted these things. Some of the guides and threads on here are very long, involve multiple mods and are kinda overwhelming for a beginner like me. Thanks for all you guys do, any help is greatly appreciated

You may want to post the specs of your laptop, or put them in your signature.

Thanks for responding. I managed to get the control panel situation fixed. I have an issue where I wanted to roll back to 344.75 and it gives me an error saying there is no recognized hardware. So that is my current issue. Beyond that, I am still interested in the best recommended drivers for the 880m sli and a semi easy to understand guide to basic overclocking. When I get to a computer I will have to add my specs to my signature. For the time being, I'm running an..

currently sitting on the 347.09 driver as that is the last one that I get decent performance on. Thanks again.
