    Screen turn off when Switching to SLI

    So I got Alienware 18 2*980m gtx and 330 battery, when I switch to sli and start the game I will have low fps for about 5 seconds then the laptop goes off I dunno whats causing it anyone can help plz, plz note this issue happens when I start 80% of the game, one game worked was devil may cry 5 laptop didn't turn off

    Might be a bad card. I just had this with my GTX675Ms, the one which was my primary has failed, I switched cards and system became stable but still crashes when sli enabled. Its possible your 2nd 980 is failing if your system is stable until you turn on sli.
