Quick question zone 4 of my keyboard back light has lost the green output red and blue work fine but no green led's are lighting up.

Would a keyboard replacement fix this problem or am I looking at one of the led controller boards? If it is one of the boards which one do I need to replace?

    Thanks!

Well got it to work was a loose cable.... But thought I would say how I noticed and fixed a problem I seen someone else had (cannot find the post)

My alien head should be orange when charging as I'm using the the default alienware alienfx setting thats blue. Well it was kind of a dim red (same problem the other poster had) and today I noticed it was kinda dim looking so I pulled it apart and took the board with led's off and the cable there was a little loose.

So I cleaned it and put it back together now it's nice and bright orange and not red once again!

Must of jiggled the cable loose for the keyboard... but now all led's are working so I'm happy!
