    This problem occurred with the 1060 card, the fan does not turn on automatically, you have to set yourself through the program HWMONITOR, tell me what can be, tried to flash many BIOS, but under Dell BIOS did not find...?

    There is no Dell vBIOS for a 1060 MXM.

    What card do you have?

    Tried the MSI vBIOS?

    My MSI 1060 worked fine. Can you try another fan? Maybe reseat cable?
