Those are sick!!! I wonder if they sound better than my G35s do? I also like my G35's voice changing ability. I will consider them after a few positive Youtube reviews.
My G35's hog a whole 8mbs of ram at all times.
    Thanks.

Not really sure about voice changing ability , it almost same as steelseries siberia v2 but it has those led lights. I own Siberia atm its perfect for me , really comfort for people who are wearing glasses. I gonna buy it once its released.

If they are the same as the Alienware TactX Headphones then I'm gonna have to pass. At one time I had those headphones and sold them because compared to the G35's base & sound quality they weren't even in the same ball park. I've even returned the Razer Megladon's because the G35 smoked them.

Have you ever heard the G35's?
It's really gonna be hard to beat the them.
I've had a pair of G35's for almost 3 years. Each year I buy a new pair thanks to my habit of always buying a 3 year warranty.
I agree that as far as looks/LED's go those Diablo's are the best!!

I never liked Alienware TactX , its too far compare beyond SberiaV2. I had G35's for a day , it hurt my ear because I'm wearing glasses , so I returned it. Basically I didn't test it out its full function but I can tell its good headset. 8D

They do fit rather snug.....lol. Those are the only headphones where I have to turn down the bass because it is overbearing lol. The mic quality is second to none. I'm always getting complimented on how good I sound.

I was wondering the same thing?
The Mamba has been recently updated to add a new 4G sensor, new software & multi colour LED's. If you buy the new one you have yourself a fantastic mouse.

If you buy the old one then you have to deal with slow buggy software, random hangs & freezes.

Hi guys, I got the Tact-X mouse and I don't like the feeling on click on this mouse. I like mouses that I can feel a "click" and can hear it. SO, what would you suggest me? I never owned a Razer mouse, so what's your feedback on those products?

I am looking for a simple mouse. I don't want something with 20 buttons :p

Lol. I thought I was brief.

Ok. I like the weight, I like the feel of the grips, I like the customization of the mouse. I'm running about 4500 dpi and of course the 1000 for mouse lag. Quick question though. Is there a way to program a button to do a HOLD equivelant? What I mean is when you use control you crouch down and your shooting cross hairs get tighter but when you release control you stand back up. I want to just push a mouse button (let's say #7) and then stay crouched until I hit 7 again? That would be cool

Thanks for the invite on steam. :) I'll be the lukevader dude asking you.

You should buy the NEW 4G Razer Mamba. Do NOTbuy the old one here's a link.

Buy Razer Mamba Wireless Gaming Mouse | Official Razer? Store

Thank you for your review. :) I'm not sure if you can do a hold equivelant....my guess would be yes. I use my G13 more for macros because of habit. Wow!!!! You play at 4500 dpi??? You must be sick at FPS!!! I play mostly at 1800 dpi. In some games up to 3000 dpi.

    Steam invite sent.

    Is it a Naga EPIC?
The Megladon's are awesome!!! The only problem with them IMO is that compared to G35's the base is lacking. The Megladons are the most sophisticated gaming headphones out on the market. What makes them sick besides the blue LED lighting is that they don't require a driver installation because the touch pad controller has the software built in. Their also super comfy.

As always, make sure you buy a warranty on both!!

If you think the G35/megladon are good you should try some actually good headphones.

Sennheiser, beyerdynamic, AKG & audiotechnica are trusted solid brands. One of my lan buddies had a megladon till I lent him my hd595 and hd25-1 mk2's for the day. He returned them 1 day later to get some HD598's.

Yeah it is the epic. I was put off the G35's by people saying they are uncomfortable to wear with glasses. Whilst I usual have my contacts in if I'm playing in to the night I'll be wearing my glasses so comfort over extended periods was a factor. Although when I saw how awesome those steelseries looked I did consider canceling lol

Regular Razer Naga Buy Razer Naga MMO Gaming Mouse | Official Razer? Store or Bluetooth Razer Orochi Buy Razer Orochi Wireless Bluetooth Gaming Mouse | Official Razer? Store .

I don't think the Megladon's are perfect. IMO, I think they lack bass. Other then that they are full of innovation. I've owned a couple of pairs of Sennheiser's. They were really expensive and could not compare to the G35's base/mic quality. I agree that the brands you mentioned are nice. Honestly I prefer Razer, but they need to improve their base drivers

Yes. 4500 dpi is super fast!! Do you use that speed for your desktop as well?

I'm glad it's the EPIC. The one thing I'd look for is that when you receive it make sure the USB has a sturdy connection to the base. I purchased one yesterday after my co-worker broke mine, and found it dropping wirelessly because of a poor USB connection to the dock. I exchanged it for one that is problem free and has a really tight fit. Just like my first EPIC. I don't wear glasses....maybe that's why I'm not affected.

nope...I'll live. My credit card that I used for the purchase has additional theft protection https://www212.americanexpress.com/...toid=ac0cbc0508bdf210VgnVCM40000037b3ad94RCRD , that I pay for. I bought a new EPIC. Now I have an extra cord & base. Currently I am filling a claim with the 1-800 number on the back of the card. They say I should get a credit for the entire purchase including the warranty within 7 business days. I should have used my AMEX to buy my Alienware...lol.

Jesus dude, you're having some awful luck with the Naga Epic.

Anyway, one word of caution to you Naga Epic owners: DO NOT upgrade the firmware on the dock to 1.01 and, more importantly, the mouse to 1.03. I did so and my thumb buttons no longer work. I tried reflashing and they worked for a little while, but no longer. I'm going to call Razer tomorrow and ask them if I can revert the firmware back to an older version on both the base and the mouse (I wasn't having issues, but I tend to be an early adopter on stuff like that).

As an aside, I have to say, it annoys the hell out of me that a company the size of Razer doesn't have a user forum.

Crazy!!! The Naga EPIC's I've owned have been updated to the latest dock/mouse firmware. That's the first thing I do. They all have been perfect.
I have a good warranty at bestbuy for that sort of thing. Is the usb connection to your dock secure? If the connection is loose it can cause all sorts of problems. Especially while flashing the docks/mouse firmware. I like the mouse soooo much that I will countinue to replace it if the need ever arrives.

    Did you buy a warranty?

I don't think it is. If you want to use the min wireless receiver, go with the Logitech G700. It's a wonderful mouse, doesn't require a base (just the mini receiver and/or a USB cable that makes it a fully-fledged USB cable mouse while charging) and it's 13 configurable buttons, while not as many as the Naga, are enough for MMORPGs as well (you can always map some game functions to SHIFT+Button, ALT+Button, CTRL+Button, etc.).

Also, Logitech's drivers and software appear to be a lot better than Razer's (although Razer's have improved in the recent past) and the hardware is sturdier (every single one of the six Razer mice I owned including it's warranty replacements had to be replaced after just a couple of months for one or more buttons malfunctioning due to mechanical failure - double-clicking instead of single-clicking, buttons no longer responding etc.).

The Logitech G700's shape also feels very comfortable to my hand (but not as comfortable as the old Logitech iFeel Mouseman which fit my hand the best of any mouse) and I don't get any aches or strains contrary to the Naga. But that's up to the individual's hand and preference, so you'll have to try for yourself.

The only gripe I have with the mouse is that you can't adjust the LED color and that there are no nice and flashy LED areas unlike Razer mice, hence it's look doesn't match Alienware laptops as nicely as the Naga.

Thanks for the opposing angle Glzmo, I think I'm going to get the G700 instead of the Naga Epic. The G700 still looks cool (I think the LED's are too flashy) and I like the button placement better than on the Naga. The small wireless receiver is also a nice feature, the big dock the Naga uses would be a little too much to transport around all the time.

The dock is really not that big...lol....epecially for someone rocking a M18x!! The dock is made of a very high quality ceramic type material. The only really con to it is because of the material/magnet, it has a nice amount of weight to it. Perfect for a dock that is designed to display a 129.99 mouse.

I have a Razer Orochi http://store.razerzone.com/store/ra...69419000/categoryId.35208800/themeID.26460500 up for sale, that includes no usb dongle because it's bluetooth. It's only a month old. A fellow NBR member is suppose to buy it tomorrow. If he doesn't, I'll take 50.00USD for it.

AAAggghhhhh, a problem I can't figure out (go figure, lol, add it to my list, I know)

Anyway, I was playing crysis tonight and my naga razer wheel was not working. It's setup in the game to default scroll through my weapons in the game and it set up to scroll properly in the razer program too. The scroll wheel works fine web surfing etc but it does nothing in the game???? :( I unplug it, and put in any plug and play mouse and it works fine in the game.

I have never experienced that or any other problem with the Razer Naga EPIC.

If I was you, I would do the following.

    1.Reflash dock & mouse
    2.uninstall Razer Naga EPIC software
3.run CCleaner & reinstall Razer Naga EPIC software
4.If that doesn't fix it. Exchange it.
