Mine came with 2, one had Win 7 with all the Alienware specific Windows 7 custom stuff (was a nice touch after a fresh install to find that everything looked as shipped) and the other CD were all the drivers.

I didn't either. All of those, except the card, came as stock with mine. I did extend the base included McAfee license, and got the card because I purchased Office, but I don't think the CD count would have changed if I hadn't. I would have thought you would have all the same software, if not the actual discs.

I only got 2 CDs- the Win7 OEM and drivers CD.

The drivers CD was pretty much useless, it didn't have half the stuff I needed, and didn't include the 580m drivers.

I also got roxio and I think soundblaster, but I didn't get the software for it on a disc, just the HDD which I cloned.

Is it possible to get Dell to send me the right stuff? Without having to pay?

You should have a download link on your dell account to the extra software you paid for. Not sure if they will actually send the discs though.

Sometimes you can get them to send you the disks... but they will charge you for them.
Easier just to log into you account and go the the software download section (check under your account settings... right hand side under your default system etc..).
It will run a script to verify your system then tell you which software you can download (and purchase I think.. been a while).
