I'm wondering which series of the corsair SSD products will provide the best performance gain for my m11x laptop. I went on their website and their descriptions on their SSD product series are very vague and confusing.

Can anyone share me some insight?

PS: I also was wondering about the best RAM for the m11x... I'm looking for the maximum amount of ram possible (8gb I think), but I'm not sure which brand provides the best performance.

I also don't know what type of Ram my computer has...

I'd skip corsair and go to ocz, g.skill, or intel for the best 60-90gb ssd (vertex 2, phoenix, or m25x respectively) . If you have the money for a 256gb crucial c300 ssd, thats probably one of the best ssd for $500-600 range right now.

As for ram just get any 1066 ddr3 sodimm kit with the tightest timings you can find. And yes you are correct the most you get put inside it right now is 8gb, but if your just doing gaming and normal day to day use 4gb will be plenty.

edit: heres a good article looking at ssds side by side: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/windows-7-ssd-trim,2705.html
