I own 2 3TB Western Digital Hard Drives.

I've connected both to the M11x, however my computer can only see 1 at a time.

I've tried the 2 USB 3.0 ports and the USB port. Switching the drives to different ports.

Nothing works. It still only shows 1 drive under "my computer"
It does however give me the option to safely eject both drives. So I know my computer can see both of them connected at the same time.

    What's up with that?

I can see the second HD under "Computer Management" with a "!" over it.
It says "Offline" "The Disk is offline because it has a signature collision with another disk that is online." meaning the first 3TB HD...

So how do I get past that?

Ok, figured it out. Had to right click the drive and hit "Initialize Disk"
Sheesh I don't know how to use Windows 7. Never did this before..
    Talk about bugs..

Yep you got it Windows likes to make sure that you have connected the disc and that it is not a foreign disc trying to take over the world through your M11x ;)
