Anyone have issues getting the 2nd headphone jack to carry the same signal as the first headphone jack? When I plug in the first headphone it registers as a headphone in windows. When I plug the 2nd headphone in it works in that I can hear the chime sound in the windows volume control but it seems to be on a different channel altogether. When playing a youtube video or anything in Windows media player, only the first headphone jack works.

    Alienware m11X r2 btw

Check that your settings are configured for stereo sound, not 5.1 surround in the HD Audio Manager.

Sorry to be a bit of a lame duck, but where is this program? Is it installed with the realtek drivers?

Yes, it is a part of the Realtek driver. It's in the Control Panel, but if you type it into the start menu, it should come up too.
