"Account Number" Where is it?

Hello, I'm new here I recently bought a refurbished m11x R1 from ebay and I'm so confused right now, I need a little help.

For starters I was trying to register myself at alienware.com website so that I could update my new laptop and also get the warranty going but for some reason they are asking me for some sort of "Account number" I've been googling and researching their FAQs and what not, They say its a 6 digit number that comes in some sort of a black card with my discs (there is no such thing in there)

I tried looking under the Laptop itself, I see model numbers, I see the windows 7 home version sticker, I see a shiny grey plate with the laptop's name.

Theres a small sticker with a bar code and 6 letters on the bag that held my manual booklets but that one doesnt work either.

I tried going to dell's website to email them they also want a damn number to enable me emailing them.

I dont know what to do, hopefully you can give me a hand, thank you in advance.

P.S: I also sent an email to my seller to see if he knows anything about it.

 

Newer Alienwares are supported from Dell.com for drivers etc.

I bought the laptop brand new, not used but refurbished.
How do I know if I need to transfer ownership or better yet how do i know to what ownership its registered to?

On a side note: lets say I buy a brand new alienware computer, is there a website I can go to register the computer for the warranty or is that not needed?
