    I have installed windows xp and I have found all drivers, except for this thing.
    I read on an hp forum that it's for multimedia buttons, or something.
    I haven't found any drivers for it, though.

    If for only my personal use...
    I found an xp driver for this device.
    It's called Direct Launch Application Button.
    It has a bunch of agp stuff it in, for some reason.
    I have the drivers, in case anyone should find themselves in the same boat.
