    Aim Instant messenger activates GPU.

    Don't know why, but it kicks in and even when I close it, it's still on. I am monitoring this with the Nvidia Optimus GPU State Viewer. Anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know a fix? Also some of the side bar gadget kicks on the GPU. :(

    This could be a dumb question, but did you try adding the .exe of aim to the whitelist and set it to integrated?

    No sir. I went as far as going into the nvidia control panel to make sure it wasn't in the 3D settings set to high performance. Can you tell me what this whitelist is? Thanks`
