    Alien respawn for installing ssd?

    How does Alien respawn work does it boot off my usb flash key? Is that the best way to install w7 on my SSD since I dont have an optical drive or cds?
    Or is it meant more for systems that already have a standard hd that has an os which boots up and then you choose alien respawn from the standard hd and it just reinstalls?

    Not sure about alien respawn, but I used xxclone to clone my hdd to my ssd. No optical drive needed, but you do need a sata to usb connection.
