Hi, so as it says, my gpu isn't recognised which means I have to play games through integrated graphics which is torture. I already looked in the bios and it only recognises Intel hd graphics. It might help to know that I have factory reset the computer before. Please help! I can't bear the frame rate!

You're going to have better luck in the Alienware M11x forum.

Did you install the right driver(s) for the nVidia GPU? Additionally, if I recall correctly, the M11x R1 uses switchable graphics (via software key combo). Does that work at all? Does it work with any other games?

It is very likely that your GPU has died. Is it recognized in your system BIOS? Does it show in device manager or GPU-Z or NvidiaInspector?

Did you try to load the BIOS defaults?

GPU is dead - you'll need to either change the motherboard or get the GPU chip replaced on the mainboard.
