    Alienware Head Color Change?

    Is it possible to change the color of the Alien head? I tried looking at the command center but no luck there.

    I thought you could control everything from command center? such as making the left keyboard red, and the right keyboard blue. I guess I was mistaken

    I agree I am also having this very same problem. I'm unable to control the colours on my m11x alienhead and I want it to be more flashy! D: Is it just not possible on the m11x?

    It stays white. The m15x and m17x change. Ours does not.

    does it really matter? just more fancy look and eat more battery at the end. hopefully you not expecting the keyboard be like m17x stays on 4 colors like rainbow :D but look imo the current set up is cool enuf as an 11" netbook/laptop which ever you think it is. :)

    OK,There are 2 heads!?

    The big one on the lid is merely lit by the backlight from the LCD and can not be changed.

    The Tiny head inside that is also the power switch can be changed a lot and the little eyes flash to indicate hard drive activity as a bonus!

    Which one are we talking about?

    Which picture are you looking at? The only M11x pictures I see show white. The M15 and M17 can change the LCD back cover color, the M11 can not.
