    Possible to connect the Sim Card and some how....
    T-Mobile recieve/send SMS and Calls?

    Would be awesome!

    also read all they all get the slot, but not all of them come with the antenna? if so how can i check if my refurbished unit has the antenna. fyi, don't have the laptop yet.

    I think all you need to do is check that the WWAN card is in the device manager.

    Documentation for M11x Wireless Mini-Card(s)

    I didn't get a WWAN, but not that worried. I use Bluetooth on my phone for SMS and UTMS to notebook comms. Only get 384Kbits/sec, but it's enough for low level comms i.e web browsing, file downloads and light video streaming.

    One day I must get in my car and establish a real time connection and then drive.
    Just want to see tower handoff in action. :eek: Doesn't everyone?
