Alienware M11x Help

Hi I am brand new to these forums and fairly brand new to computers. I actually Used to build desktops about 5-6 years ago but haven't kept up with anything of late. I just know a little bit.

I actually bought the M11x today off of dell for 680after tax and i was directed to this forum where i was wondering if i could get some help as to a newbie's guide to what this laptop can offer. I know you can overclock it with Throttlestop. But for a basic user who plays just WOW and Frozen throne and Black OPs and Crysis 2. Besides that i will just be on the go editing some movies. Pretty much got it because i love alienware and i wanted a protable laptop which i can hook up to my 40inch LED at home sometimes.

With that information in mind what should i research or try and look up about this computer so it will work with my needs?

sorry for asking questions i sound like a newbie. But i am and i guess everyone has to start somewhere

Also if there is a beginners guide to an M11x in these forums already that would be great. I feel like im jumping in with the sharks
