    Alienware M11x R1 Just Opened...PROBLEM!

    So today I just received my new Alienware M11x in the mail and the "ALIENWARE" logo does not light up. Is there a setting to turn it on? Or is it broken? I tried using Command Center to change the color...but no colors show up. :confused:

    Help would be appreciated. Currently in an angry mood.

    Could be something simple like the cable that powers that light wasn't properly installed or you got a dud. If you call up alienware, they will replace the screen to fix it.
