Hi guys, I'm not sure but did anyone else facing this kind of problem on the M11X Alienware Sense ?

When i first boot up the M11x when i received mine, it does asked me to make a biological face lookup after setting all the things up. So after that when i log into my windows, i can just place my face in front the monitor and login.

However, after few weeks of using, it seems that it will asked me to login using password instead of scanning my face. It doesn't said that it won't recognize due to low light effect or hardly seen.

Then after login, it came out with the setup again. Redo > solved > after few days & weeks, same thing happen again.

To me, it's more a gimmick than being actually useful. I'd recommend checking out an optimization thread to learn how to disable it and such.
