Im now in Los Angeles California. I got an alienware m11x R1. Today suddenly my CPU went up to 54 degrees. i dont know if its normal. but my GPU while i was gaming it reaches up to 91 degrees and when im on the internet it goes from 60-80 degrees. does anyone know how to solve that?

Try tilting the machine up when your playing games. I'm sure a textbook will do the job. When was the last time you replaced the thermal paste?

    Consider replacing the thermal paste.

I have 9 months with mine (R2 i5) and those are not that high temps, surfing the web, youtube, normal stuff mine gets 50-60C, and while gaming, it can get around 76-82C, more if you put it in a plain desk....

    Edit: I´m talking about CPU

Your CPU temperatures appear belong in the average threshhold... but I've never had my GPU exceed 65c even when gaming. Try blowing compressed air into the back exhaust vent, 99% of the time dust is the main cause for overheating laptops.
