    Alienware m11x r3 mouse freeze issue

    Hello!
    Im having a problem that is making me crazy, lately my computer freeze
    For 4-8 sec the problem is rarely happen anytime , can be watching a movie or just browsing everything stop working and if is sound on then it loop till the computer get back again, i cant just find the problem.

    Have try:
    3 different windows
    2 different hard drives
    All newest drivers
    Temperatures are fine nothing over 70c on fullload

    The dell scan cant find nothing wrong
    Wonder if is the motherboard or the ram?
    I have 2 gskill 8gb , but i cant remember if the problem started because them...

    Yes i have, and i got no problems found, i even did the extra 30min for the ram testing..

    Compare your current BIOS version with the one in our support website. If you don't have the latest, flash the BIOS to the latest version. The new version may have fixes and enhancements to the system's functionality.
