Just recieved a letter from Nvidia GPU Litigation talking about a settlement case that entitles certain notebooks containing Nvidia GPUs and/or MCPs about their performance issues in certain Dell and HP notebooks. The litgation claims that Nvidia sold defective GPUs and MCPs that degraded performance of the notebook. Say Nvidia's denies in it's defense, but is settling for repairs and reimbursement. Didn't even know I was part of the litgation. Every thing looks legit and even has a case number 08-cv-04312-JW of The United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Jose Division.
anyone else recieve a letter like this?

Yes but I erased it as I'm outside the US and don't even have that laptop anymore.

Yap, I got it, but I ended up getting a different replacement system.
I got 2 notices since I had the M1330, and M1730. -
I didn't get it as I changed my e-mail. I got rid of that m1330 crap a year ago anyway. The warranty expired anyway. If I can get reimbruised, great.
Anyone else recieve a NVIDIA class action litigation letter?
