So while I download Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, I'd like to know how good everyone is playing, and if I need to tweak anything.

runs great on my r1, just stick with medium settings and your good to go.
-
Alright thanks a lot
-
runs great on my r2...maxed out, granted with very limited settings to choose from.
have u guys gotten multiplayer to work? im on 260.99 drivers. just curious, it used punkbuster which doesnt play nice with optimus -
there are very few difference in performence when I change settings in this game, it may consume more CPU than GPU.
-
i been playing ac:Lb multiplayer constantly, Pb hasn't reared its head, pretty cool game idea, though can be frustrating at times
-
-
Well, I am on the newest drivers from Nvidia and OC to 160mhz and bought a cooling pad so my laptop is not overheated, but even If I play Brotherhood at Medium settings it often drops to 10fps :O
Any tweaks? -
white listed?
im having no probs, i was having a multiplayer issue but thanks to folks on here, i am using 266.58 and have no probs now. -
Just tested it, I run 267.76 and my Laptop is very cool, Bulletstorm maxed out got also 25-30 Fps. Really strange, I checked it with Fraps, average FPS in AC are 17-22. I am 99% sure I use the right nvidia card, checked it 4 times and in any other game it works properley...

No, Shadows are on 2/5
It is playable, no question, but when I hear some people saying "maxed out ac2 with 30fps" I am getting angry with my core i7 m11x r2
Why can THEY play it with a c2d or i5 and I am stuck at medium settings and not playable on high...
-
some people were saying it may be CPU heavy. -
OC at 160MhZ, TS? I run it in 1360 because it is alot better than 1366x768
-
look on page 2 of this forum for "HOW TO SUPERCHARGE YOUR i5/i7
edit: http://forum.notebookreview.com/alienware-m11x/524257-how-supercharge-m11x-core-i5-i7-um-cpus.html -
Well, I excpirienced many problems (overheating -> forced shutdown) with TS...also the performance were better but not stable...any other ideas?
-
Get new motherboard replacement
-
Well, how do I see then if it works? I can't tell DELL that my Alienware needs a replacement because I can't play AC:B smooth
-
ts made ur CPU overheat? thats weird...i'd talk to uncle webb first on that thread and see if u can get TS working
-
Well, TS works awesome, I get 2-2,4 Ghz now. I am continuing with my studies and tell you tomorrow my results
-
Ok I've tweaked the game a little bit and these are my results:
I've set everything to high, 136 0x7-something, everything maxed out, but shadows on 1. I get 20-30 fps, with an average of 25 during cutscenes/battles
I'll upload some pics later, but overall it's pretty playable -
I'm I going crazy? I can barely play this with everything OFF and the lowest resolution possible.
I'm running game booster and TS.
Overclocked to 160 and running on latest drivers 4GB, i7.
Can somebody help me figure out why this is lagging so much for me? -
Bareley means what? I run it like you with around 20-30fps at 800x600 with everything on LOW
-
I'll run it with fraps and post the results.
Anyone playing AC: Brotherhood?
