This is kinda weird but when I turn down audio to 0 from windows or using fn+f8 and it reaches "0" or no sound, and i play something loud, sound still comes from the speakers even though its fairly faint. I tried to mute it and that actually works...but i dont really ever use mute, usually i just turn down to 0 for no sound cause its easier. Anyone have this as well?

That happened to me. Reinstalling the audio drivers from Dell fixed the problem
