I am using M11x r2, installed black ops with vb2005+and direct x provided at the end of installation.

When I run the game, I hear only audio, but no screen at all.
    Currently using 260.99whql driver.

    Has anyone solved this problem?

this happens on single player. I think it's really complicated. You have to run it on integrated then change it or something...I never touched single player ever. 12th prestige on multiplayer.

12th? Really? O. M. G. Just made it to 3rd on PS3, and I've played over 4 days since release.

As for the error, it's got something to do with 4x antialiasing. A lot of games, the CoD series included, simply do not work on 4x antialiasing. No idea why. Easiest way is to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete when the game's loaded. Then go to Task Manager and End Task BlackOpsMP.exe, or BlackOps.exe if it's singleplayer. Then next time you load the game, it will ask if you wish to run safe-mode. Answer yes. From there go to the options menu and change anti-aliasing to any other option apart from 4x.

Optimus didn't kick in. Don't worry, easy fix.

Run it, bring up task manager, kill the process. Re start the game via steam- you will get a pop up saying along the lines of "didn't start properly, do you want to run in safe mode" Click yes, and modify the game settings eg screen size, graphics etc.

Then just restart the game and optimus should kick in =]

I have this problem too. You need to put the compatibility with Windows XP SP2\3.

12th lol? Iv played Black Ops on pc for about 20 hours and have goton to level 27. It was my first COD game though. Rearly loving it especially zombie mode is fun, its all fun tho even the single player is great. Cant wait to see a video of it on the m11x. A few other games have you having to close down and run things to get it to work with optimus on the m11x as wel I have read like what was it, cant rem which game think modern warefare 2 but could have been something else.
