Hi! I have a problem with my m11x r2 (i5 version). When I connect it to a external HDTV via HDMI the image doesn't fill the full screen, but leaves quite large black borders at the four sides.

I think this is related to the resolution output, as it's only 1366x768 instead of full 1080. Can this be adjusted somehow? I've tried in two different tvs and have installed the 258.96 NVidia Drivers. In the NVidia Control Panel there is no menu to adjust image size.

    Thank you very much.

I had the same problem when plugging my m11x R2 on my 1920*1080 display after it was plug in a 1280*1024 display. I resolved it by putting the scaling back to 100% in the intel integrated graphic control tool (the one in blac and blue)

You'll need to make adjustments in the Intel Graphics Properties since output is always handled via the IGP. Scaling is probably what you need to change.

Thank you, I could solve it tweaking the Intel Graphics Properties,as you both suggested. I had to put in in single screen mode, and then I could increase resolution up to 1920x1080. Then the desktop overstretched, but I could reduce it with the scaling adjustment, at 45%. Oddly the refresh frequency went from 60Hz to 30Hz, but the image looked ok.

Do cloning work for other people? It would be handy, I guess.

You can also go to your desktop > nvidia control panel > adjust size and position > resize desktop

I didnt read any of the above posts but thats what i do

The Optimus driver on the R2 doesn't have this because all output is passed to the IGP.
