Blind, Wounded m11 needs help urgently

Hi all, my first post on this forum.

My M11 had its monitor destroyed by my eldest child so I performed a little surgery on it and removed it completely. Since then I paired a wide screen TV via HDMI link to it and it works fine now as a fancy digital setup box. Problem is that when it boots I have no idea what it does and pray that it gets into windows without any bios errors because I won't be able to see them.

Today the worst has happened, after 20 minutes, I still see only a black screen on my LCD TV and no signal is getting to it. I can see the alienware lights flashing on the eyes occasionally but nothing.

Assuming its doing some kind of check or prompting me to do something can someone offer me a series of keyboard presses that might get me to the windows screen? even safe mode would be good for now.

Try Winkey+P a couple of times. I wish I could tell you how many times. Then wait a bit to see if it takes. I don't have my m11x in front of me, so I can't remember which of the F-keys does similar.
