    Blue Keyboard Led`s go out on anyone else?

    It seems all my other LED`s are fine, but the blue ones under my keyboard ( and all variations of the blue)only work if you press down hard on the left shift key... Not a huge deal since I just changed to a green scheme, but just curious if more had this issue...

    Remove the trim covering the power button, pull up on the right side of it and it pops up.
    remove the 2 screws from the keyboard at the top.
    remove the battery, then remove the screws under the battery.
    You can now pop your keyboard up and push the power cable back in. The latch for it is on a hinge, and lifts up to release.

    The cable is under the left shift key.

    Mine did it was under warranty though and the tech came out and replaced the whole keyboard

    Mine is just over a year old (got it last summer) so im sure there is no warranty left...

    Thx for the idea ejohnson...I took it down and re-seated that cable, but the blue only works if I hold down the left control.. I guess the ribbon got pinched somehow...I may look into that link from dead to snag a new one...
