Hi every one. My name is Edward, i'm from México and have a terrible trouble with my M11xR2, hope some one can help me:
I bought my M11xR2 this month. I install games and update NVIDIA graphics driver. I use a Sony bluetooth DRBT21G headphones to play music but almost times the bluetooth service stops with no advise. When i reboot, in the device manager, the bluetooth radio appears with an error (code 43). After some days, the bluetooth works with normally. May you think i need call to dell support area? I attach some pics to show what i saw.

Have you looked in the system Event Viewer?
You may find details of the cause -
Hi BHUP5. I Saw the even viewer log and i found this:

The message says something like this: "Due to an unspecified error in the local bluetooth adapter, it will not be used. The driver was unload".
Edit: I just shut off the wireless services (FN+F3) and then power on but this not help. -

Noup, now the quality of the audio is really poor. No stereo quality. I'm very disappointed. Now i'm looking for a 5.1 wired headset.
Update: Just found an article of microsoft. Seems is a problem from Windows 7. Sadly the hotfix package is not available. Asking to dell support team. -
