Im using R1, and just done a clean win7 install, and installed the nvidia 260.99+intel2226 hybrid driver. Everything good so far until i switched to intergrated graphic. The screen started to change its brightness/contrast or whatever it called based on what displayed on the screen. IE when i view a white image, the screen became darker, and when i view a black image, it become brighter.

That problem doesn't happen with discrete graphic.

    What should i do?

Thats kinda odd sounds like some kind of auto dim/brightness thing going on what about when your surfing the net and go from a darker website to a lighter web site dose it still do it?

Yes, it does. Whatever displayed on the screen, the webs, the windows explorer, desktop wallpaper ... effects that "auto brightness". Actually, I couldn't tell it's the brightness or contrast, as it is not effected by the FN + F4/F5 brightness controller.

To be more clear, this is how i found it out: I set my desktop wallpaper to this:
    Alienware_Wallpaper_Dark.jpg (image)
then i switch to a fullscreen blank page web browser (which made the screen almost white), and 3sec after switch back to the desktop (Win + D).
instantly I can saw white dots in the middle of the screen, then in 1-2sec, those dots slowly became "brighter", merge together to made a big white ball in the middle of the screen so i couldn't see them. (see attachment).
I can make some videos of the screen if it is not clearly enough.
For this glitch, I couldn't stand using intergrated graphic over discrete one for casual tasks, which is so bad for battery saving :(
    So confuse ...
