    Burnt-like stain on name plate.

    My laptop was in perfect condition until today when i noticed that there's this black stain on my name plate. The plate looks like it was burnt by something that has high heat like direct fire because there's a black burnt mark which u normally get if u burn a metal object with fire. Has anyone experienced this? I'm using my m11x right now and everything is working fine. I wish to know if it's possible to call dell and ask them to get me a new name plate without me sending the laptop back?

    No, i'm talking about the laser-craved name plate on the bottom of the laptop. Is there such a part that looks like half an alien head? o_O

    All of the M11x have them. If you look, the "burn mark" is in the shape of the right side of the alien's head.

    LMAO! i din't notice there was this alien head mark until yesterday! Thank you guys. If i had called dell, it will definately be the dumbest call of the day. Flame-grilled m11x, i like :) anyway problem resolved.
