    I have the 260.99 NVIDIA Driver on my m11x and teh 1.7 patch for COD4. Yet when I start the game it is all black but i can hear the sounds but no responses at all

    Run it with the intel graphics first. Then update display settings to not usa AA. Exit game and run it with Nvidia Graphics. It should work now.

    how do i make intel graphics run it i have the M11x R2 not R1

    right click on the executable, then there is an option there to choose which graphics card to run it with.
