    Maybe contact dell and use the tech support. They might need to replace your keyboard.

    Is your caps lock indicator (above the F1/2 keys) also turning on/off?

    If this is legit, its a hardware issue and nothing suggested here will resolve it other than you contacting AW Support. Suggest you do this.
