    Whats deal with them? A dell tech guy is apparently coming to my house to do a service? does he just show up and do it here or does he pick it up? I'm confused :O

    The way its always been with me, he comes to your house and he fixes whatever is wrong with your system.

    he'll show up and fix it at your house.
    Make sure you watch him though, cause they might break more than they fix (according to some ppl)
    The tech's I had all did a great job

    Also note that these guys are usually contracted out by Dell, and are not actually Dell employees.
