    It seems good.
    You got the i7, 4 GIG of RAM, and a good hard drive.
    Maybe get a 320 GB hard drive? As for SSD, don't bother, they are WAY to expensive.

    Did ya get Bluetooth? While it doesn't directly relate to gaming, it can be useful.

    Sounds good to me.

    There is not a huge amount you can do to get a large performance change out of the M11x IMO.

    I too went with the i7 and the 4GB RAM, that's the most you'll need I think, 8GB is just unnecessary for a little notebook like that.

    I'd agree with bumping up to 320GB HD if you can, though.

    eh well i didnt really want to do that because i do play games, BUT i wanted to get an external hardrive to store them on, so that i could free up the main hardrive for applications, etc. So as far as the space for stuff goes i'll live :) but thanks ha. Any suggestions as far as settings? anyone?

    I already posted the answer in one of your other threads. If you really want to maximize performance, it depends what you do, and--like I said before--you need to read the benchmark, optimize, gaming, etc., threads to see what will benefit you.

    Did you do that? No. You wanted a neat, simple answer spoon fed to you so that you didn't have to (1) do work (2) learn anything.

    When it didn't happen, you remade the thread--and then again, and then again--sort of like how a baby keeps crying until it gets noticed and mommy gets a bottle for it.

    Call me out, and I'll call you out. Turnabout is fair play ;)

    LOL'd ! :D

    @OP

    I don't know how much more damn obvious this is - maxing out the specs, max's the performance. Duh! On that note... I LOL'd @ at the title too. :D
