So I bought my M11x from Aspen Solutions and now the Nvidia GPU has decided to go on the blink. Dell Support offered a new motherboard, however I have to transfer the warranty.
Aspen told me to try the US form because Dell said it's fine but that gives me an error for a non US service tag.
I also tried the international form but it doesn't want to because I'd be transferring from UK to UK.
    Does anyone have any suggestions?
    Cheers

Call dell and have them do it directly over the phone. Im a US Soldier living in germany and I have to go through Dell.co.uk for my english support and they transfered 2 systems for me no problem at all. Plus for some reason my service tag comes as invalid when i try the from online(my 3rd system

Would I be better off calling Order or Technical Support to do it?

Just tried calling both the US and the UK dell lines and neither can help me. Any suggestions?

Tried the FB page, within a couple of hours I got messaged asking for my details. 24 hours later, the warranty was transferred. Best way to get support when you need it.

Used Dell's. It was the first one that came to mind, even though it's an Alienware.
