So, this has become an annual thing for me. Basically, Whenever I fire up command center it would go into "CommandCenter has stopped working". I've tried all the advice I could find on the old threads like uninstalling - installing, flashing the bios, upgrading the .NET, re-installing the OSD, running CCleaner in safe mode. All to no avail.

I've eliminated hardware as a problem since I still have my lights on and if I download a theme and rename it to "Alienware" i could change colors.

Any advice? I used to resole this by just doing a clean wipe and starting over again but It would be burdensome considering I misplaced some of the installers (eg. Adobe products)

Hmmm, if you've already done the full uninstall/wipe and tried reinstalling it (sounds like you were pretty thorough), it might be clean wipe sadly.

One thing of note - I don't know if its related, but on my m14x R2, recent Microsoft Updates nuked my machine (and would cause Command Center to fatal crash on boot up) and all but rendering the machine unusable (nothing would open outside safe mode, etc). I eventually isolated and removed the offending Microsoft patches, one which hit MSE, and afterwards Command Center (and the machine worked). Not sure if related to your issue, but it did happen to me in mid spetember or so.
