Command Center, and some other programs stopped working. Help

Hi! So around November my command center stopped working. Along with my windows logon background screen changer, Intel Rapid Store Technology, and some of my computer games (Starcraft 2) So what I did was I uninstalled command center, restarted, ran cc cleaner, reinstalled the latest from dell's site. Alas nothing happened and I was forced to return it back to factory settings.

After that everything was working fine so I eliminated a hardware defect.

And now, the problem is back. The only variable that I could think of is windows update. Can Anyone help me? I really don't want to want to wipe my computer again, I lost a lot of files from the the last wipe.

 

Btw, The error message I get is a simple "CommandCenter has stopped working"

 

fuzzy memory here... I think there was some update that cause problems but not sure if symptoms match. I think goodvibes was the poster (not sure of exact name)
