Yes, there are WWAN cards out there that support T-Mobile.

The internal cards that come as a pre-installed option on the Alienware M11x support only AT&T Wireless and Verizon Wireless. If you must use T-Mobile, the easiest way would be to buy a USB-based WWAN card from T-Mobile. Otherwise, you could find an internal WWAN card that will fit inside the Alienware M11x, but you will need to do some disassembly of the laptop chassis and monitor bezel to run the internal antenna.

No, the standard Dell Bluetooth adapter is the Dell 365. It is a very small Bluetooth-only module that plugs into a proprietary connector on the board and is secured with a screw that will not be included on a laptop that didn't originally include one (you can salvage the screw from else where). The 370 looks like a miniPCI module that I would expect to also have WiFi (don't think it does though). There was some misinformation on these forums stating that the 370 was it based on an Alienware/Dell parts listing it also, but that was corrected long ago.

I already ordered and installed a Dell 365:

Are you going to correct the OP with the correct BT module? Dell 370/375 may be the right driver, but they aren't the right module. They probably only differ from the correct Dell 365 in form factor but that's enough that they will not fit.

They swapped my LCD for the hinge issue with one that had the antennas. I don't plan to use them. If there's a good way to get them out without damaging anything, I could do it.
