So the m11x has 2 headphone jacks and 1 mic jack. I'm just wondering how I can have audio coming out of both the headphone jacks at once, my headphones work when I plug it into either one separately, but when I plug 2 headphones in, sound only comes out of one, whats the point of 2 if only 1 can work at a time?

It's set up so you can use surround sound. Technically the m11x is capable of outputting 5.1 surround, but I think you need to re-task the mic port. That's why there's two headphones jacks, works wonderfully too!

Try reinstalling the Realtek driver. I had this problem too, at one point, and realized it had to do with my having disabled Realtek HD Audio Manager from running on startup. I think a reinstall of the Realtek driver fixed the problem, and sound can come out of both earphone jacks at once for me now.

No re-instalation is needed at the moment, first check this:
Right click the speaker on the task bar and select Sounds>left click on playback> right click on speakers>configuer speakers.
check that you are not using the 5.1 sound. If you are, just select the stereo one and click on apply.
If this doesnt work or you are using stereo option , re-install the software
