Quick question, I'm buying RIGHT NOW, any help on which one I could get? Or if you could prefer some others. Could you also tell me if Battlefield 2 runs good on the R1? Thanks!

Don't you mean Crysis with it being the newer game? Shouldn't have any problems running.
-
No, I mean the old one. Crysis 1, not Warhead or Crysis 2. I heard Crysis 1 had more of a performance punch then Crysis 2.
-
You should already know how well it runs then, seeing as you benched it with those clocks in your sig.
-
That was with that ludicrous OC, and back then I ran it in DX9 1-60FPS estimate.
-
So? Subtract the 7 FPS from the ludicrous OC and you got your answer. Care to share the number with the ludicrous OC BTW?
-
Yes yes, I know what type of FPS I will be expecting in Crysis, but which game is better? BF2 (Not bad company) Complete edition or Crysis? I will never do that OC unless I get a new PC, then I will OC the plastic out of this laptop! Anyways, you pay for the thermal paste if you want OC on video
-
Not what you said here:
You already did it.
BTW, I like BF2, lots of good mods to extend the game, still has a decent multiplayer community and it soesn't look like you played it. -
I was mean't to say I won't OC the GPU again. Hmmm, its still really hard to deside which one to get. Saw a gameplay video of BF2, didn't look so great. What is the performance/FPS on that game on full GFX/high graphics?
-
I say both!!
-
I don't wipe my butt with money so can't
-
Sure. BF2 is from 2005, 6 years old now. It looks appropriate for it's age and plays well enough on a 1.6Ghz Core 2 Duo.
And yet you still managed to risk your R1 and house overclocking it? -
BF2 Run superbly on my M11x R1. OC on the processor and GPU (but the GPU is not by a lot and i've even tested without the OC and it works spot on).
