    Main driver page:
    Drivers & Downloads
    Osd:
    ftp://ftp.us.dell.com/app/R279037.exe
And I can verify that the volume osd now works. I'm using windows 7 ultimate - 64-bit. and the command center install from the main download page.
I did the command center install first. I don't know if that makes a difference, but on a previous format I installed osd by itself and it didn't work.

I think Dell may have been having problems with their FTP servers. Yesterday I had some trouble downloading drivers too for a couple of hours. It appeared to be fixed later on. Maybe that's what happened to you.
