    Dell outlet price match?

    If I order a outlet computer and then a week later they are offering 20%, do they then refund you the amount? Do you have to return the laptop then order another one? Im just ready to pull the trigger on the m11x today or tomorrow. Im just thinking they might have some sort of coupon for feb/valentines day??

    1) No, they do not give discounts like that. Prices they offer are for an actual unit, and not across entire model lines. Laptop A and B might have identical specifications, but have a $200 price difference between the two of them depending on the level of use/wear/damage.

    Yes, you would have to return the laptop and get another one. But be aware that there is a 15% restocking fee on Dell purchases.

    2) You will not know if there is a coupon for a certain holiday unless you wait for that certain holiday. I can say, that prices aren't going UP. If you can afford to wait, then there is no harm in waiting. If you cannot afford to wait, or are just impatient like me, just buy it now and forget about it. Trying to time sales / discounts like what you are trying to do is the same as trying to time the stock market. You might get lucky, you might not.

    I didnt mean for diffrent laptops I meant for the m11x. If I buy it today and its 549$ + tax. Then say 14 days from now they have a coupon that makes it 449$. Do thay have a 30 day price matching deal like most brick and mortar stores? Like if you buy a tv at best buy and next week its cheaper, you go into the store adn they refund you the diffrence for up to 30 days.

    anyone know the answer to that?

    Answer is no, they do not price match. You buy for the price agreed. They could come out with a discount the next day you lose. Take the advice from Kent. Also check the coupon outlets google dell outlet coupons some float around and you may not know..good luck and I really love my m11x use it every day.

    Officially, Dell does not have any kind of price-matching policy.

    However, I've heard of people who have called up and gotten price matching on discounts over $50.

    Again, buy what you need, when you need it. If you see an item that is a good deal today, then it won't all of a sudden stop being a good deal tomorrow.
